Terry Gianopoulus, my father, having 30 years of experience owning and operating restaurants, presented the perfect opportunity for my brother, Chris, and I to learn all aspects of creating a sucessfull restaurant.
Later, I would attend the prestigious Johnson and Wales Culinary School where I would refine the techniques I apply today.
Borne from a desire to bring gourmet pizza in High Point, we opened GIANNOS STONE OVEN PIZZERIA in the fall of 2000. After two successful years, I felt it was time to expand my menu, allowing more creativity with my dishes. A new enviroment was added to complete the ultimate dining experience.
